At Gilmadoz S.A.C. (hereinafter, "Gilmadoz", "we" or "the company"), located at Av. Javier Prado Este 4200, Office 1502, Santiago de Surco, Lima 15023, Peru, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users in accordance with Law No. 29733, Peru's Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.
1. Data we collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide through our contact forms: full name, email address and the content of your message. We also automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and time spent using cookies and similar technologies.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your personal data to respond to your inquiries, send you educational information about personal finance (only upon request), improve the browsing experience on our platform, comply with legal and regulatory obligations in Peru, and compile anonymous usage statistics.
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on your express consent when completing our forms, Gilmadoz's legitimate interest in improving its educational services, and compliance with legal obligations established by Peruvian regulations.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data with third parties. We may share information with technology service providers that assist us in operating the platform (hosting, analytics), always under confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose information when required by competent judicial or administrative authorities of Peru.

Under Law No. 29733, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO rights) by sending a request to contacto@gilmadoz.com. We will respond to your request within the deadlines established by the National Authority for Personal Data Protection.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. This includes SSL/TLS encryption on all communications, restricted access to personal data only to authorized personnel, and periodic reviews of our security practices.

We retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless Peruvian law requires a longer retention period. Contact data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction.
